30 Day Raw Challenge – Day One

Breakfast: a banana and cup of blueberries blended together.

Lunch: a gigantic salad with 2 handfulls of pecans and fat free italian dressing

Snack: 2 handfulls of dried apples, 1 apple, 2 handfulls of baby carrots

Dinner: a huge bowl of microwave steamed broccoli topped with 1 tbs. red pepper sauce and 2 tbs. flax seeds

Exercise: 20 minutes stroll at the park
